Chatango Part 2/Q&A

If you use chatango, how often to you speak with a person who is looking for a friendship or relationship who will say, despite barely knowing you, that they miss you? This has happened a few times, all from guys I barely know who barely know anything about me.
It's also annoying when strangers on there claim to have feelings for me or 'like' me.

I mean, not to be rude or anything cause it's really nice to have someone 'miss' me once in a while, I just wish it wasn't some stranger on chatango. I just don't get it, y'know, how can you actually 'miss' someone you barely know?  

This guy is somewhat different from the rest, though, because he had written a poem about/for me:

I mean, that's very nice, thanks, but how can you not see how creepy this is? I barely fucking know you and you write me a poem that makes it sound like we've been in a committed relationship for at least a year. It's just... unsettling.

Let's be real here, a lot of these guys are trying to be nice to me or feed me 'compliments' in order to manipulate me into getting what they want, which is probably affection, or to cam with me on skype, or something sexual. I know, I'm not the most attractive person in the world, and these guys take pity on me and try to act like like I'm pretty or an 'angel' or some shit so they can get me to do things with them because they think I'll fall all over the fact that someone is actually being nice to me in a 'romantic' way.
And if that's not the case, you can't really blame me for being skeptical.

Also, last night this guy was asking if I use Yahoo or skype or MSN or something so he could talk to me on one of those since he doesn't really like talking on Chatango. 

First of all, why are you even fucking on there, then? Seriously, wtf.

Second of all, after I told him I had no interest in adding him on anything or talking to him on anything other than chatango and said bye he freaked out saying 'Who do you think you are? Crazy bitch.'

Excuse me? You're 29 years old according to your profile. You're almost 30, and you're going to throw a hissy fit because I don't want to add you onto something? That's so pathetic.

I have found that the majority of the guys on chatango who have a hissy fit or temper tantrum because things aren't going their way are either older then 21, or in their 30's. Grown men who are getting their panties in a bunch over a stranger online not giving them what they want. 

Since my last chatango post, I made a new account because I got tired of all the shitty beaver jokes that people were making, and my alias on there is now Allison because I really don't feel like giving my real name out on a website crawling with creepy, older men, y'know?

Also, another thing I've noticed. Every girl I've talked to on there has asked if I'm into black guys and then said that's all they date? What the hell? Even a guy did that once.

I swear, a lot of these people are irritating as fuck.

Q&A: Chatango edition

I get asked these fucking questions by so many people on chatango who are desperate for 'love' or some shit so I'm just gonna put the answers here so I can copy and paste them in the future.

What do you do? (Study/Work?):
At the moment I do neither of those. I can't afford school and have no real interest in it anyway, and I want to wait til' I find a job that I have a real interest in.

What are your hobbies?:
Blogging, Tumblr, Reading, watching videos, Talking with friends, Hanging out with friends, Sleeping, Badminton, Ice Skating, drawing, listening to music, swimming, video games.

What's your ideal guy/type?:
Someone with a similar sense of humor and a somewhat similar personality. Gets along with my friends. Won't pressure me into sex or anything. Can handle my shit and will want to stay with me despite my baggage, my problems and faults/flaws. Just a genuinely nice guy who will also be my best friend.

So, what brings you to chatango?:
My friend was talking about it and I wanted to see what it was like so I joined. Also, to, oh, I don't know, chat?  (Seriously a lot of people actually treat it like it's a dating site or something.)

SEROUSLY? FUCKING SERIOUSLY? I don't know if this was a joke or if he was actually serious, but wow. Just wow. 

First of all, 'angry king'? What the hell does that actually mean? I can see why he'd think I was angry but let's be honest, I'm hardly ever serious and if I sound mad towards you, you're probably irritating me. One word replies and being honest, however, is not anger.

The best fucking part is when they start apologizing over and over again after I say bye, like that'll fix everything. I seriously don't get how you can think you love someone you know nothing about. How do you not think it's creepy? How can you not understand why I'd want to stop talking to you?

Also, I think it's weird when these creepy guys call me 'angel' because that's my cockatoos name, lol.

Notice their usernames? Yeah, most of the guys who pull this shit are from India or Pakistan. Like, no offense to people in either of those areas of the world, but why are the majority of people I speak to that are from India and Pakistan so creepy? Seriously, that's just something I've noticed. 

Also, if you're someone who does this shit, if they say bye, fucking listen to them.

Another thing, don't try to make someone feel guilty about wanting to stop talking to you, or make them feel bad for you, or try to get their sympathy. If you did something wrong and they don't want to talk to you anymore, you need to deal with it and move on.

Excuse me? You crossed a line and got really creepy and I decided I wanted to stop talking. There is honestly no problem in that. I don't HAVE to talk to you. Are you seriously going to have a hissy fit because I didn't just accept your nagging apologies and just let you, a stranger, 'love' me?
Wow, get over yourself. You're not entitled to a conversation with me and I just don't want to talk to you, if you can't respect that, then maybe you shouldn't be trying to talk to me in the first place.
